Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for IC export business on self-made parts, outsourcing parts and OEM parts, make sure on-time delivery to meet customers’request.
負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)內(nèi)公司自制件、采購件及OEM件的出口業(yè)務(wù),確保準(zhǔn)時交貨,滿足客戶要求。
2. EDI /paper order processing in ERP system, EDI errors correction per system request. Run request worksheet and place P/Os to suppliers, follow up with warehouse admin for incoming goods inspection & booking.
EDI及紙質(zhì)訂單處理,系統(tǒng)EDI錯誤修改(若需要),定期運行需求計劃表并發(fā)送訂單給相應(yīng)供應(yīng)商,跟蹤倉庫來貨檢驗及入庫。
3. Make weekly delivery plan and book to the forwarder, be in close contact with forwarders on sailing schedule, container loading, customs documents.
制定每周發(fā)貨計劃并安排配船訂艙。與貨代就船期、作箱及報關(guān)單證保持緊密聯(lián)系和溝通
4. Play as a window person to overseas customers, quick reply to customers on order status, lead-time, freight rate inquiry.

5. Make sales invoices, delivery notes and C/Os (if necessary), send the documents out on time to each customer by e-mail or courier against customers’request .
